Privacy Policy
Version of October 21, 2026. Draft text, to be reviewed before real payments open. The French version prevails in case of difference.
What we collect
- Account: email, first name (optional), password (stored only as a hash), preferred language.
- Challenges: firm, size, phase, balances and equity entered or sent by the MT5 guard, open positions, closed trades (symbol, volume, result, stop).
- WamTrade: trading accounts (name, broker, currency, value), your rules and your journal (stocks, quantities, prices, stop, emotion, notes).
- Payment: Stripe customer and subscription IDs, status and end-of-period date. Your card number stays with Stripe.
- Security: IP address of login attempts, to block attacks.
What we don’t collect
No broker or prop firm password. The robot checker analyzes your files in your browser. Only a numeric summary is sent if you ask for the AI’s opinion.
Use
This data is used only to provide the service: limit calculations, coach, billing and security. It is neither sold nor used for advertising.
Service providers
Cloudflare (hosting, Workers AI artificial intelligence), Resend (sending emails) and Stripe (payment). Data may be processed outside Québec.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept as long as your account exists. “My account → Delete my account” erases your challenges, trades and guards. Billing data is kept by Stripe according to its legal obligations.
Your rights
Under Québec’s Law 25, you may request access to your personal information, its correction or its deletion. The person in charge of protecting personal information is the management of Nettoyage Magique Wam inc.
