Terms of Use

1. The service

Wam Guard is operated by Nettoyage Magique Wam inc. (Québec, Canada). It is a risk-management and discipline tool for prop firm traders (WamProp) and for traders managing their own account (WamTrade). It tracks your loss limits and calculates position sizes. The MetaTrader 5 guard can close your positions before a limit. The service also offers a coach, a strategy checker and a rules comparison.

2. Not investment advice

Wam Guard gives no buy or sell signals, no investment recommendations and no promise of profit. Texts produced by artificial intelligence are rewordings of numbers and may contain errors. Trading carries a high risk of loss. You alone are responsible for your decisions.

3. No guaranteed result

The MT5 guard depends on your computer, your connection and your broker. It cannot protect against a price gap, an outage, a broker rejection or an incorrect setting. Prop firm rules change: always check the terms of your account. Wam Guard is not affiliated with any prop firm.

4. Account

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your password and MT5 pairing secrets confidential. You can delete your account at any time from “My account”.

5. Pro plan and payment

The Pro plan is a monthly subscription of CA$19, renewed automatically each month until cancelled. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. You can cancel at any time from “My account”: Pro access stays active until the end of the paid period. Started periods are not refunded, unless required by law. Prices may change: 30 days’ notice is given before any change to an active subscription.

5a. Free beta

During the beta, Pro features are offered free of charge to accounts with a confirmed email address. The service is provided “as is”: it may change, be interrupted or contain errors. Test the MT5 guard on a demo account before using it on a paid challenge. The end of the beta will be announced at least 30 days in advance; no charge will be made without your consent.

6. Acceptable use

You may not attack the service, bypass its limits, resell access, or use the service in breach of your prop firm’s rules or the law.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator’s liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the last 12 months. The operator is not responsible for trading losses, challenge fees or lost accounts.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada. They do not limit the rights granted to you by the Consumer Protection Act.
